TwinCity was founded in 2018, starting as a small family office managing one family’s modest portfolio of Single/Multi-Family Residential, Retail, Office, and Industrial Real Estate. Realizing the demand for experienced forward thinking operators and the synergies that come with economies of scale, TwinCity opened its services to outside investors, owners and managers, As of 2024, TwinCity Property Management has grown to operate and manage over 250,000sqft mixed-use space with aggressive growth plans for the future.
